Here's a slightly faster work-around: After doing a clean extract, cd to the
uima-docbooks directory, and type "ant" to build all the books. When invoked
directly from ant (as opposed to running from Maven), the build asks the 3
questions OK. And once the extra things have been downloaded, the questions
are not asked again.
