No, changes were committed. The apache jira has the subversion repo attached, 
if you click on "Subversion Commits" you can see all changes belonging to this 
issue.

Actually I did a copy/past mistake and specified the resource folder 
incorrectly. I tested the changes from eclipse and assumed that it also works 
fine for the maven build also.
