The code which reads the lucas.xml should validate it with lucas.xsd. Then we
do not need it as a testing resource, maybe it makes sense to have it in the
desc folde. But the one which is there right now is not referenced by the
lucas.xml, and if it is referenced the lucas.xml
is invalid.
