I think that the things A&A and Entanet are doing just didn't occur to
the 3 engineers when they designed their systems. They seem willing to
change things to accommodate though which is good.
3 were not thinking like an ISP at all, and so there were a number of
issues where neither side had the same conceptual framework in order to
communicate ideas at all! You realise things are wrong when the
questions being asked make no sense! It was (is) fun... But getting
there nicely now.
