yes you're right.

Vatican = 100% due to:
va.                     148512  IN      NS      dns.nic.it.

and:
dns.nic.it.             10800   IN      AAAA    2a00:d40:1:1::5

I know the interface is cumbersome. If you use the "filter data" button
you can focus on NS, MX, WWW, NTP.
