Does “Britain" unambiguously refer to “Great Britain” or “the British Isles” or 
“the United Kingdom”?

I’d said both “Britain" and “British" are a bit more fluid than the more fixed 
definitions of “Great Britain”, “British Isles”, or “UK”.
