Around 13-14 years ago, there was a 33k sq ft facility not far from Newcastle, UK. There was no dedicated crac on site, all cooling was controlled by water. The technology was, I believe, all patented at the time and staffers were under an NDA.

 Least 2 UKNOF-ers worked there for a time :)
