Hi All, We are currently using various hosted VoIP providers for our multi-tenant voice offering, but I am considering moving this in house so that we can make the service more cost-effective per seat.
Can anyone advise on their experiences with virtualised Multi-tenant PBX Solutions? 3CX looks good with its CRM integration and other features, but I would be very concerned about running the service on a Windows box. Mirta PBX does look interesting with many features and an Asterix back end. I need a solution with a good simple web based front end for my Engineers (not all are Linux literate) and that offers all the usual features that our customers expect - schedules, voice mail, phone books, IVR, customer login...
