Which version of ULC are you using?
For which component do you want to get Clipboard content?
What kind of interaction do you have in mind? I.e. do you define a method on
the server side to get clipboard content or do you want to initiate the
action from the client after setting the clipboard content?
I have already sent you mail about obtaining clipboard contents (see the
attachment).

1. In case the ULC client is deployed as applet, you need to sign the client
jars in order to be able to copy data from application to the system
clipboard
