[ULC-developer] Enforce IApplication.stop() when the HttpSession has a time out

Can you please comment on issue 7090:

Is IApplication.stop() now invoked automatically when the http session
goes down or do I still have to register some listener? If so, can you
please give (or point to) a concrete configuration example?
