Hi Gavin,
From your screenshot it seems to me that the problem does not arise
when creating a ULC Class, rather when creating a new ULC Project,
after clicking on "finish" on the last wizard pane.
Can you pleas answer following questions?
What happens when you click ok and then you go on? Has the project
been created anyway?
What happens when you create a further project?
