This seems to have been introduced in ULC 6.1.3 while fixing https://www.canoo.com/jira/browse/UBA-6981 and there is a related issue https://www.canoo.com/jira/browse/UBA-7161. As a workaround try setting preferredSize on the internalframe or the list. I hope this helps.
