We use ULC Product allready few years and it works quite fine. After some action, e.g. double click, normally comes rendering-refresh and everything is fine (refresh is quite quick, max. 1 second). But by some customers, after the same action they should wait about 10 seconds without any responce. Do you know what can make this difference?
