ULCMail is not a standalone, desktop based mail client. It is just a demo
program that demonstrates how it is possible to build server-centric, rich
internet application in Java with UltraLightClient. The ULCMail
application itself runs on Canoo's server and connects to a mail server on
our servers. What you see on your desktop is only the UI (rich and thin)
of the application.
