BTW, below, the reply I got from Heller. It looks like I got put on probation due to a transient mail delivery error, and convicted because of spam coming from the list. The time of the mailing errors corresponds to the hardware failure suffered by our mail server on Valentine's day. The hardware has been replaced and is now functioning normally.
