I'd definitely be down for this.  As Judah can attest, I have some
experience implementing Linux in non-profit environments.

I've thought about networking a local private school with a business
upgrading their workstations.  Maybe a small number of computers could
funnel through UM-LUG for Linux install and configuration, then placed
in a classroom.  I've been caught on the problem of staffing the
classroom - it would take a willing teacher.
