I just assumed your encrypted filesytem indentify itself as swap file.
Thus the first test returns true for presence of swap, and the other
returns false for name other than 'swap'. Upon forther thought in my
case it would be better to use it with '-w' option.
But it seems kind of meaningless seeing how 'file' identify your partion
as 'data' and not 'swap'.
