I use Ubuntu 7.04 64bit, and briefly had VMWare installed to run Windows
XP. It worked fine, though I didn't use it for more than a couple days.
I also use QEMU with the KQEMU accelerator (an open-source virtualizer
that's pretty close to VMWare's capabilities and speed). I've used it
to run Windows XP and various Linux distros and have no problems on the
64-bit box.
