Hello UMLUGers, Welcome to the Fall 2007 semester. As usual, we're doing a kick-off event with ACM and AWC. It's going to be a big party in CSIC next Friday, September 14th from 2-5pm (and will probably go later.) We'll be doing our usual Installfest as part of this event. In addition to the Installfest, ACM will be running a LAN party and there will be food and such in the lobby. I know some of you can't make it, but we will probably go later than 5, so feel free to show up when you can.
There are a few things we need for the Installfest: basically just the usual stuff- CAT5 cables, large switches, monitors, keyboards, and UMLUGers to help doing installs. If anyone can provide any of these things (except the last) please let me know. This is our big event of the semester- we're using it both as an evangelism event and to attract new blood to UMLUG.
