Off hand I don't remember the exact rule, but I believe its not that difficult to write a rule such that you can default the forwarding using ipchains to go to your internal ip. You can do both with ipchains. This article should help: http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/4218 It mentions a graphical interface, which may make things a bit easier on you.
