It's currently called the "Home Networking Installation Option" (see the 
Feature Summary for Comcast High-Speed Internet on comcast.com):

Home Networking (2-5 Computers): This option lets you connect up to five 
devices wirelessly. The one-time, $49.95 fee covers connection of devices to 
the Internet, network security setup and shared file/folder setup.

Since it's a one-time fee, I assume you're paying for a wireless NAT router, 
and not for multiple IPs.
