The rtf -> latex becomes a waste of time as I have to not only make sure I can see their MSOffice comments, but also then find the locations of their comments & fixes in my tex files... I think that's why I find mediawiki a plausible solution (but then, it wouldn't support %comments% that don't appear on print).
