Hi, I'm having some troubles with my battery and I'm not sure if it's related to the battery itself, some other hardware, a bios bug, or a kernel acpi bug.
I was wondering whether any of you would be willing to let me try your battery (or try my battery in you aa1) to see if the problem persists when I swap the battery with another compatible one (just for a few minutes). I'll just put the battery in, boot to Arch, and cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/info to check "last full capacity" value... I have an Acer Aspire One aod250-1613, with the following battery (5800mAh design capacity, 6 cell): $ cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/info (...) design capacity: 5800 mAh (...) model number: UM08B52 serial number: battery type: Lion OEM info: PANASONIC Thanks in advance :) Mehmet. -- There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in.
