I haven't been connecting to vpnc for a while (often fails loading
some pages some times, who knows why). I tried just now and am getting
all sorts of errors:

vpnc: no response from target

or

vpnc: hash comparison failed: (ISAKMP_N_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED)(24)
check group password!

or

vpnc: response was invalid [1]: (ISAKMP_N_INVALID_COOKIE)(4)

Don't know what they are doing, sorry.
Mehmet.
