      Yes, after the registration, it can use super peers as proxies.
But at the very beginning, it has no addresses of any super peers, so
it's a bit more difficult. We have to let the agent connect to the
aggregator through some static proxies. And since only registration
will use these proxies, the overhead won't be too much.
