I make some changes to netadmin.networks.models by adding a new model i.e.
time_zone which will save user local time offset to Django-model Float
field. We are getting this offset with the help of a java script running at
template level (host_form.html)
I also make some changes to netadmin.events.utils by adding some commented
lines which will help us to convert the saved time in local time zone using
our above time_zone model. I added these lines for future purpose i.e it
must be need when events will generated automatically and we have to show
the Time Stamp (generated events)
