At the same time, feel free to suggest any architectural changes that you feel 
will enhance the system in some way. We would love to hear your ideas.
It would interesting to explore whether we can conserve battery power by having 
two categories of mobile agents: active and inactive. For example, if for a 
particular region, there are a large number of mobile agents then we can 
occasionally turn some of them off. Can the mobile agents collaborate on this 
locally through some kind of consensus protocol?
Think out of the box!
