Hi all,
The getpeerlist module prints a list of NodeIDs that are present in the
Peer's routing table at that instant.

*Sample output :*
Start time is : 1335374120 s 74152 microsecs
End time is : 1335374120 s 86800 microsecs
Time taken : 12648 microseconds
Peers List : 4 contact(s):
wyLf9mx+3E7rKr0TZMDsrj0ALG45QJNKRf5uajMY3EcHVXVW3IObQ1QMua25COiTh45xmloM+zcgmr6DjzJp0Q==

qo8spXR1/eY0E58nVynbftRMZg11cy+VQhgl0QGzHImi739td3sB3uuHimho81WZns2yMcQwL3u5O36ja5ebHg==

The last four values are the NodeId values of the peers.

*Performance study :*
I set up five nodes and made three calls to getPeers() in each node and
this is the resultant performance I could get. The time is in milliseconds.

Thanks,
Narendran.
