Hi Narendram,

Pycharm [0] has a good reputation among Python developers. Guido made a
post about it recently that can help you to criticise [1]. Licensing is
free for open source projects. Adriano sent an email about license and he
would help.

If you already feel comfortable with Eclipse, you can use PyDev plugin
which also offers the graphical debugger although I didn't test it.
