I already compile perl-5.10.0 on debian etch.
Just wanted to say that although the compile worked fine, the resulting 
bootcd does not work.
The system boots and gets an ip but then I get strange errors.
I have no idea why, maybe because of the linux-config 2.6.27-12 which I 
used for 2.6.28.3 but I don't think so.

Maybe I'll have to setup my build environment from scratch but all this 
takes a lot of my time.
