#20: There are no virtio drivers in the kernel image

I have done some experiments and got some extra information:
1. Unattended kernel recognize virtio and load virtio_pci during boot (by
/etc/master and /bin/find-modules-pci).
2. Ubuntu 10.04 recognize virtio => load virtio_pci and then udevd load
other drivers (virtio_blk, virtio_net, etc). If I stop udevd, unload all
of virtio modules, and load virtio_pci again => I get only virtio_pci
loaded.
3. Unattended initrd doesn't have udev.
How can it be fixed?
