Of course the Product Key was a correct value.

What am I doing wrong that I have to type ProductID manually, and confirm AdminPassword with enter / mouse click?

Here is what unattended web site says:
[UserData]
    ProductKey=XXXXX-YYYYY-ZZZZZ-00000-11111

NOTE: Prior to Windows XP, this key was named "ProductID".

So this means ProductKey=... is understood by Win XP only. For Win 2000, you should have used ProductId=...

OK, thanks for the hint...

Any clue why do I still have to confirm Computer name, AdminPassword with pressing enter or a mouse click?

I have it in my unattend.txt file:

[GuiUnattended]
    AdminPassword=mypassword

does it have anything to do with Workgroup / Domain to join?
