Felipe, Windows XP pricing differs greatly from organization to organization. For instance, I am on the University of Nevada, Reno (USA) campus and we pay less then $50/year for each full-time equivalent employee (FTE). This covers operating system and Microsoft Office licenses for all my users and my lab machines -- this is known as our Campus Agreement. I have heard or other names but your best source for this information is at the Microsoft site. http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/default.mspx
Hope this helps out. Good luck.
