I'm having trouble getting a newer machine setup (MSI K8T Neo mobo, Realtek 8169 GB LAN onboard). Windows does not have support for the Realtek card out of the box, so I have to include the driver like so:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] rtl]# pwd; ls -la
/samba/install/os/winxp/i386/$oem$/$1/rtl
total 688
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Jul 12 09:53 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Jul 13 11:56 ..
-rwx------ 1 root root 219595 Jul 12 09:53 NetrtOEM.cat
-rwx------ 1 root root 190279 Jul 12 09:53 NetrtOEM.inf
-rwx------ 1 root root 105984 Jul 12 09:53 Rtlnic64.sys
-rwx------ 1 root root 74240 Jul 12 09:53 Rtlnic.sys
-rwx------ 1 root root 74496 Jul 12 09:53 Rtlnicxp.sys

I used 'rtl' to keep the full path as short as possible (it should be well under the limit from what I've read in other posts) Actually, I even tried reducing it to just 'r' at one point. But when the installation first starts and begins "copying file to hard drive" an error pops up on the screen:

smb_proc_readdir_long: error=-13

The installation continues, but, as expected, things don't work out. The C: drive has the RTL folder, but only has one file: C:\RTL\INFCACHE.1 Any thoughts? I just cannot figure this one out...
