You mean the MAC -> PXE boot image mapping? No. There is only one image on both machines.
Tcpdump on the new server doesn't show ANY UDP connections when the client starts up, whereas tcpdump on old client shows the connection from the client. If I turn on xinetd/tftpd on the old server, you still see the request for pxelinux.0, but you NEVER see that request made on the new server.
