So we seem to have found someone with rights to the website. It seems that unattended although not having had any "Official" updates recently is actually alive and kicking.
There seems to be some consensus that we would like to see the website updated and there seems to be a crew of willing volunteers/victims. Do we actually want a CMS so that content can be managed a lot more easily ? If so which one ? Personally I have experience of drupal and joomla, any one got any other preferences ? How will we transfer the existing information from the current page to a new site. Could someone throw a interim site up to get the content transfered across then we could do a database dump and restore on to the live sourceforge site. If so this is the route can we pick a section each and commit to transfering that section of the site to the CMS. Any other thoughts ?
