A correct Link for OO/deu may be: <ftp://sunsite.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/pub/mirror/OpenOffice/localized/de/ 2.3.1/OOo_2.3.1_Win32Intel_install_de.exe> But it's without JRE which is needed for some features.
