        kernel ua47/bzImage
        append initrd=ua47/initrd z_path=//server/install

this is how it looks in my old pxelinux.cfg/default file... (using pxegrub
now, easier to use for the non-techies)

i think you forgot the initrd= before the initrd specification (see modified
version below)
