QUIC answer :),
We would like to follow up with DoQ but at the moment it is not in our
priorities.
Given the flux in the ecosystem we would like to see how it will evolve
in the future.
With OpenSSL itself starting to provide server-side support with 3.5.0
that would be our preferred choice *if* it fits Unbound's design.
