I implemented "so-sndbuf: 4m" as a config option.  It is in the svn
trunk version of unbound, r2344.  It passes the regression tests, but I
would like to know that it works for you; do you want to try it?
(You have to add the so-sndbuf: xx to your config file to enable the
SO_SNDBUF option; otherwise exactly similar to so-rcvbuf).
