BNI membutuhkan tenaga di bidang IT dengan kualifikasi sbb: 

  1. PROGRAMMER/ SYSTEM ANALYST (PSA) 
    • Menguasai bahasa pemrograman : Java atau C++/C atau Cobol atau  Microsoft  dot net  atau  Platform  Unix atau XML-HTML atau PLS/QL. 
    • Diutamakan bagi yang memiliki pengalaman pengembangan aplikasi dan  pengoperasian AIX, khususnya pada financial institution. 
  2. ENGINEER/ SYSTEM ENGINEER (ESE) 
    • Menguasai pengoperasian Operating System Unix, khususnya AIX atau  memiliki penguasaan networking system -TCP/IP atau security systems atau  ISO  messaging  atau  switching  systems  atau  desktop  systems/  management
      (intel based, MS Windows Server/NT). 
    • Diutamakan bagi yang memiliki pengalaman pada financial  institution. 
  3. DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA) 
    • Menguasai pengoperasian Database ORACLE (Tuning, Operational,  Real  Applic Cluster, dll). 
    • Diutamakan bagi yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai DBA pada financial institution. 

Kualifikasi Umum :

  • S-1 Komputer/ Teknik Elektro dari PTN/ PTS dengan akreditasi A atau B 
  • Usia maks 30 tahun per 1 Mei 2005 
  • IPK minimal 2.75 untuk PTS dan 2.50 untuk PTN
