Regarding the 9/10KHZ steps? I have a contact in the states who is going to double-check that before I order, he thinks there's a switch in the battery compartment for that, I'll let the list know.
Only other thing one has to do of course is to substitute the 110 volt AC power adapter for a 240 volt AC version and that's easily enough done.
