Joining the quest to save the planet, The Unicode Consortium today announced 
that the next version of the Unicode Standard will not only include the 
traditional set of simple and composable characters, but also new compostable 
characters. These are guaranteed to break down after less than 90 days, 
returning their nutrients to the soil and leaving no other trace behind.
