Uniscribe API files? (Programming)(Microsoft)(Windows)

I am looking for the header file containing the declarations for Uniscribe
(USP10.DLL).

It think it should be a single file named "usp10.h", but I cannot find it on
the Microsoft web site or elsewhere.

Could somebody point me in the right direction?
