There was doubt as to the reality of this submission. At

Is this proposal, pointed to from a table at:

as "under investigation"
So, literally speaking, there is at least one person interested in doing it,
and one other one (me), interested in why someone is interested in doing it.
Including you being interested in it, that makes at least three of us. So
its only a page of code points, maybe just giving in and doing it is only
slightly crazy.
