Of the characters in the Currency Symbols block, why is the Rupee sign the only one with a decomposition? (Alternately, why isn't it non-decomposable?) Also, U+2120, U+2121 and U+2122, why does 2121 have a <compat> decomposition while the other two have <super>? Still in the Letterlike Symbols, why does 2107 Euler constant have a <compat> decomposition rather than <font>?
