Re: ALT Codes for Accession Countries

Apple's U.S. Extended Unicode input keyboard for OS X does a fairly 
good job at handling the letters needed for the "accession 
countries". In fact as far as I know it handles all the letters 
needed for all of them. (It needs some tinkering in my own view and 
misses out on support for Sami.)
