It was recently mentioned that there don't seem to be any Unicode fonts that include Sinhala.
Wayne Albury recently drew my attention to Helawadana 2000, which claims to allow editing of Sinhala (and Tamil) in Windows applications using Unicode fonts. I have not tried it (it costs $99 and the links to order it don't work!).
