Almost. OpenType specifies that there is no functional difference between a code point that is not mapped and a code point that is explicitly mapped to GID 0, so there is never a need to map any code point to GID 0. But at the same time, there is no prohibition against mapping explicitly a code point to GID 0. Eric.
