The language was called !Xóõ, and I'll bet everyone will be just
astonished to find out who provided the information.

The longest unitary sequence in the orthography was dts'kx' (7 letters).

(I just love that name, don't you?  I could say it all day, if only I
knew how.  !Xóõ !Xóõ !Xóõ.)
